Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

At The Welcoming Porch, we want you to love your seasonal porch décor. Because our service is local and rental-based, our policies work a little differently than traditional retail stores.


 

 

No Returns or Refunds

 

All porch décor rentals and subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Each rental secures inventory and scheduling for your porch, which prevents us from reserving that spot for another customer.


We do not offer monetary refunds except in one case:

If you’ve prepaid for the year and move outside our service area, we’ll refund the unused portion of your annual subscription.


 

 

Item Swaps or Adjustments

 

If something doesn’t quite fit your porch style, you may request a swap or adjustment within 30 days of your setup date.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on current inventory and seasonal availability.


To request a swap, email us at Myporchstyle@gmail.com or message us directly.

Once approved, we’ll schedule a time to pick up and replace the selected items.


Pickups Only — No Shipping

 

We handle all returns, pickups, and swaps in person within our West Michigan service area.

Customers do not need to ship or mail anything back.

We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time if a swap or removal is needed.


 

Damages & Wear

 

Normal use is expected, but please handle décor with care.

Items that are missing, severely damaged, or intentionally altered may result in a replacement fee at our discretion.

If an issue occurs, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve it together.


 

 

Communication

 

All requests for swaps, adjustments, or service issues must be made in writing via email at Myporchstyle@gmail.com.
